辨別順酐和順酸的方式：
How to distinguish maleic anhydride and maleic acid:
1、稱量大概同樣的量，自來水融解后，再用堿滴定管，耗費堿多的是酐，耗費堿少的是酸。

2、或取小量同樣量的試品融解于水，用pH計檢驗，pH值低的是酐，pH稍高的是酸。
